We recently held a comprehensive four-day training program in Nigeria for our new installation and technical teams on Energy Vision’s renewable Hybrid Solution. The goal was to emphasize quality and service excellence for our strategic customers.
Led by our in-house experts, including the Energy Vision Nigeria CEO, ESG Manager, CTO and Project Department Managers, the training provided insights tailored to regional and technical complexities.
The training was completed through theoretical class presentation and hands-on field demonstrations in these key areas:
HSE and Toolbox Meeting: Safety comes first. Participants focused on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Technical Site Survey: Understanding the terrain is critical for efficient renewable energy installations.
Positioning and Installations: From equipment planning to component installations, our group learned how to seamlessly integrate hybrid solutions.
Quality Check Protocol: Participants were trained in rigorous quality check protocols to maintain high standards.
Project Documentation and System Configuration: Participants learned the importance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC).
